SUMMA CONSULTORES arise in June 2003, with the union of efforts of two young consultants with great previous experience, working in consolidated consultants, to face together the complexity of the design of a building offices of 7 floors in center of the capital city San José, Costa Rica – Central America.

The preceding experience homeland projects, tourist and institucional, combined to the efforts to find a space in the Costa Rican market, consolidate the work idea like a sinergyc and enterprising group, to receive in march 2004 a new partner to harness the capacity of answer of the company, being generated masterful plans, first drafts and projects with a slanted foro towards tie home projects complexes to the tourist development of the country.

For August 2004 a very important step for the company´s fortification is earned, with the definition of the present offices and the incorporation of a fourth partner, with whom it reinformes the part of work management and the bagaje is increased strongly of knowledge and experience to face projects in new markets like comercial industrial and in addition to the already existing ones.

Then, SUMMA CONSULTORES consolidated as the addition of experience and talent based on the contribution specialized of each one of its partners and the strategic contribution of external consultants, to count thus on a focused disciplinary group in objective to exceed the expectations its clients, being offered profesional services with responsability, quality and efficiency.

The office offers the integral management of projects, offering services in architecture, landscape architecture, internal design, civil, structural, electrical and mechanical engineering by nacional and international strategic alliances.

The company guarantees its clients satisfaction of its expectations beyond the standards of the nacional market. It always tries the environmental coherence and the constructive efficiency to start off the most innovating proposals of the present architecture.
